Taproom Staff (Evening)
Pour our Thai craft beer and help run our Yushima taproom in the evening.

About the role
Our taproom in Yushima, Bunkyo is a place for Thai-inspired craft beer, community and conversation. As evening staff, you will welcome guests, pour our beers and keep the taproom running smoothly from opening through close-down. You do not need to know craft beer already: we will show you how to pour and introduce each beer.
What you will do
- Pour draft beer and serve drinks
- Take orders and handle payments
- Introduce Athipatai beers and our story to guests
- Prepare the taproom for opening
- Wash glassware and keep the bar and seating area clean
- Close down after last order (22:00) and closing (22:30): tidying, cleaning and cash-up
Requirements
- Aged 18 or over: the shift runs past 22:00, and the Labour Standards Act does not allow under-18s to work late at night
- Able to serve guests in Japanese (everyday conversation)
- Able to work at least 2 evenings a week, Wednesday to Saturday
- Permitted to work in Japan (Student visa holders need permission to engage in activities outside their status and may work up to 28 hours a week)
