Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or submit your birthday through our age verification form. When you make a purchase, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we do not store your credit card or payment details.
How We Use Your Information
We use newsletter subscriptions for news, promotional offers, event invitations and product updates. Birthday information is used only for age reminders. Purchase contact details are used for order-related communication; a purchase does not enroll you in marketing emails. We do not sell your personal information.
Data Storage
Resend stores newsletter subscription details, age-reminder email addresses and birthdays, and paid customers’ email addresses with separate newsletter and underage lists and customer-specific contact properties. Underage registrations are excluded from newsletters, and purchases do not automatically subscribe you to promotions. Preorder requests remain in Google Forms. Stripe processes payment and delivery information; AWS stores order and inventory records.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser storage for age verification, shopping cart contents and newsletter popup preferences. We use Google Analytics to understand website usage and Sentry to monitor technical errors. Error reports are filtered to remove customer request payloads and payment credentials.
