Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on beer products once delivered. Merchandise items (caps, t-shirts, tote bags) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sales@athipatai.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at sales@athipatai.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
