Café Staff (Daytime)
Make and serve drinks and look after guests at our Yushima café during the day.

About the role
Join our daytime team at our location in Yushima, Bunkyo. You will make and serve drinks, welcome guests and keep the space clean and comfortable. No café experience is needed: we will train you.
What you will do
- Make and serve drinks such as coffee and tea
- Take orders, serve guests and handle payments
- Prepare the café for opening
- Wash dishes and keep the counter and tables clean
- Restock supplies and tidy up at the end of the shift
Requirements
- Able to serve guests in Japanese (everyday conversation)
- Able to work at least 2 days a week, Wednesday to Saturday
- Permitted to work in Japan (Student visa holders need permission to engage in activities outside their status and may work up to 28 hours a week)
Nice to have
- Experience at a café or restaurant
- Experience making coffee

- Actual commuting cost, up to ¥1,000 per day
- Insurance
- Workers’ accident compensation insurance for all staff. Employment insurance, health insurance and pension according to working hours, as required by law.

- No smoking indoors or in nearby areas marked with no-smoking signs
