Athipatai means sovereignty in Thai — the courage to build something you can call your own. That spirit shapes every beer we make and every table we bring together.

We brew in small batches, pairing Thai ingredients and stories with the precision and curiosity of Tokyo's craft beer culture. Our first release, KHAO HOM, celebrates the floral character of Thai jasmine rice.

Conversation is our product. From festivals and founder gatherings to a quiet pint with a new friend, Athipatai creates room for people and ideas to cross borders.

A Home in Yushima

Our first taproom is coming to Yushima, Bunkyo, Tokyo. The soft opening is planned for late September, followed by the full opening in mid-October 2026.
